Order request
The customer should proceed with the usual process of buying in an online shop. Adding the desired product to the "shopping cart", when finished select the "shopping cart" and finalize your purchase, which will take you to an area to fill in your personal data, select your payment method and the process is complete. Then, all you have to do is wait for our confirmation email and your order will arrive within 2 to 5 working days.

JGomes guarantees that if your order is lost, we are committed to refund the client in full.
Delay or loss of mail
It is the customer's responsibility to accompany the package to the post office if it is not delivered by hand by the postman.
If the order is returned to the sender, because it was not picked up in time at the post office, it will be necessary to pay shipping costs again in order to send it back.

JGomes assures that in case of your package it is lost in the mail, we compromised to give you back the value of your package.
Delay or loss in the mail
The client must be the responsable for tracking and picking up his package if it is not delivered by the mail man.
If the package is sent back to us because the client did not pick it up in the post office, it will be charged the shipping fees again.
